1. Application Layer: DApps, tools, and platforms (e.g., RollUp News, Swarm Markets, Agent BUIDL) request data verification and then consume verified outputs. This layer showcases user-facing features like media fact-checking, AI oracles, and automated prediction markets.

2. AI Agent Layer (User Owned): Licensed AI agents operate as autonomous “data scouts,” gathering and interpreting content from multiple sources (social media, traditional news outlets, etc.). They decompose claims into smaller, testable statements before generating cryptographic proofs.
