TRUTH Staking — How It Works

TRUTH staking runs as a fixed seasonal campaign with a global calendar. That means unlock dates are the same for everyone, based on the season schedule (not “X days from when you stake”).

This staking season is synced with the TRUTH Holder Season 1 campaign timing (104 days total) so checkpoints align.

Season start: 3 Jan 2026

Checkpoint 1 (Day 52 unlock): 24 Feb 2026

Checkpoint 2 (Day 104 unlock): 17 Apr 2026

In campaign terms:

  • Day 52 = 7 days + 45 days
  • Day 104 = 7 days + 45 days + 7 days + 45 days

  • Total staking reward pool: 10,000,000 $TRUTH
  • Rewards are dynamic, meaning your expected APR can change based on:
    • how many people are staking
    • how much they stake
    • how many users exit at the first unlock date

When you stake, you choose one of two tiers:

  • Unlock date: 24 Feb 2026
  • Tick boost: 1.0x
  • Unlock date: 17 Apr 2026
  • Tick boost: 2.0x

Tier 2 is the “Diamond Hands” option — it has the higher boost because it commits to the full season.

Staking does not change how token rewards are distributed (that works like regular staking).

What staking changes is your Tick Points, by applying a multiplier based on your chosen unlock tier:

  • Tier 1 (Day 52): 1x tick boost
  • Tier 2 (Day 104): 2x tick boost

Assume:

  • You stake 50,000 $TRUTH
  • Tick conversion factor = 0.01 (for cleaner numbers)
  1. Scale the tokens:

    scaled = 50,000 × 0.01 = 500

  2. Apply tier multiplier:

  • Tier 1 tick points: 500 × 1 = 500
  • Tier 2 tick points: 500 × 2 = 1000

So with the same staked amount, Tier 2 gives 2x more tick points than Tier 1.

You can stake after the season starts, but the unlock dates are still fixed:

  • If you join later, you lock until the same unlock date
  • You still get the same tier multiplier (1x or 2x)
  • But your total earned amount and total ticks will be lower because you joined later in the season.

  • Tier 1 positions become withdrawable
  • Tier 2 remains locked and continues toward the end of the season
  • Season ends
  • Tier 2 positions become withdrawable
  • No new season rewards are generated after the end date
