Agent License Leasing Program
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Swarm Network Foundation has launched an Agent License leasing program to rapidly scale the Truth Swarm while providing immediate returns to Agent License holders. The Foundation will lease licenses directly from holders to power the first operational Truth Swarm, distributing 100,000,000 TRUTH tokens through a sophisticated Leasing Weight Framework.
Program Purpose
Section titled “Program Purpose”The leasing program solves the “cold start” challenge facing decentralized verification networks by providing guaranteed utilization and rewards for Agent Licenses during initial deployment. Rather than waiting for organic adoption, the Foundation creates immediate demand for Agent License services while building critical verification capacity.
Leasing Weight Framework
Section titled “Leasing Weight Framework”The Foundation distributes the 100,000,000 TRUTH token incentive pool through a Leasing Weight Framework that ensures equitable participation while rewarding commitment and scale.
Base Leasing Weight
Section titled “Base Leasing Weight”All participants receive a standardized base weight of 100,000 units, regardless of lease duration or number of licenses committed. This ensures minimum reward eligibility for all contributors and prevents concentration of rewards among only the largest participants.
Leasing Activity Weighting
Section titled “Leasing Activity Weighting”Participants can increase their effective leasing weight through two multiplicative parameters:
Commitment Term Factor
Section titled “Commitment Term Factor”Longer lease commitments receive higher multipliers:

Agent License Daily Allocations
Section titled “Agent License Daily Allocations”🔴 Important Notice: While Agent Licenses are committed to the lease-back program, all regular Agent License daily token allocations continue to accrue; however, these are held in protocol custody for the duration of the lease. Accrued allocations become claimable only once the full leasing term has concluded, and will be released in full to the license holder at that time.
